Harriet on a laptop and phone: three first lines labelled by style, the chat with Harriet, and a printed checklist for choosing one

You know what the post is about. You might even have written it. But the first line is the one people see before "see more", and everything you try is either flat or sounds like a headline you'd scroll past.

Harriet only does the first line. She asks a few short questions, then writes three opening lines in three different styles, built from what you told her. You choose the one that sounds like you.

Her energy is "take me by the hand", not "grab me by the throat".

From Harriet's instructions

How it works

  1. Paste your idea, a rough opening, or the post or email you've already written. Rough is fine.
  2. Answer a few short questions about who it's for and the tone you're after. Your brand voice is optional.
  3. Get three hooks, each labelled by style, and which one Harriet would try first. Ask for another round if none fit.

  1. I took Friday off for the first time this year and nothing fell apart.
  2. Hi, I'm Harriet. Which platform is this for?
  3. LinkedIn.
  4. Who do you want it to land with today?
  5. Other business owners who never switch off.
  6. Your hooks for LinkedIn Plain TruthI took Friday off. Nothing fell apart. Client MirrorIf you never switch off, this one's about Friday. Permission LineA day off is allowed, even this year. Copy the one you like and save it somewhere you'll find it.

The small print

  • Harriet writes opening lines only. She won't write the rest of the post or email for you.
  • Every hook comes from what you told her. She won't put words in your mouth.
  • For email, you get subject lines short enough to read in full on a phone.
  • Ask for more and you get three new hooks in different styles, not the same three reworded.

Most people decide on the first line.
So start there.

Where it lives

Harriet runs in your own AI account, so your ideas stay with you.

It works in Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini, and you'll get setup steps for each one.

Who's behind Harriet

We're Jacqueline Leake and Nina Mistry, the two halves of Meet Ada. Jacqueline is an AI specialist and trainer who spends her days inside clients' accounts, seeing what's sitting in their heads that should be written down. Nina builds the tech. She takes what Jacqueline pulls out of people's heads and turns it into tools that bloody work. Simple ones. The kind you'll actually come back to.
